Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Lead Clickz™ website, SPARC™, Power Sparc X™, and related websites, applications, software, tools, features, communications, and services operated by Lead Clickz™ (collectively, the “Services”).
Lead Clickz™ is the company that owns and operates the Services.
Power Sparc X™ is a marketing intelligence and analysis platform operated by Lead Clickz™.
SPARC™ (Strategic Processing and Response Core) is the marketing intelligence system operating within Power Sparc X™ and related Lead Clickz™ services. SPARC™ may analyze information supplied by users and information obtained from services users choose to connect in order to identify marketing signals, explain performance, and provide marketing analysis and recommendations.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how connected third-party services are handled, how information may be stored or shared, and the choices available to users.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for website functionality, security, analytics, authentication, and measurement.
Users may control certain cookie functions through their browser or device settings.
Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services
Power Sparc X™ and SPARC™ may allow users to connect third-party platforms and data sources.
These may include services provided by Google and other marketing, analytics, advertising, reputation, social media, CRM, website, and business technology providers.
A connection is initiated by the user or an authorized representative of the business.
We do not intend to obtain access to a third-party account merely because someone enters an email address associated with that account. Where a third-party service requires authorization, access is established through the authorization method provided or permitted by that third party, such as OAuth.
The information available to Lead Clickz™ depends upon the permissions granted by the user and the capabilities of the connected service.
Google User Data
Power Sparc X™ may allow users to connect Google services to provide marketing analysis and account-management functionality.
Depending upon the Google services and permissions a user chooses to authorize, the Services may access information from authorized Google products, including Google Business Profile, Gmail (lead inbox, read-only), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and YouTube.
For Google Business Profile, authorized information may include, as applicable:
Business account and location information
Business name, address, telephone number, website, categories, hours, and attributes
Business Profile performance information
Search and discovery performance information
Customer reviews and ratings
Review responses
Posts and other Business Profile content
Photos or media information
Location information
Account and management information
Other Business Profile information made available through Google APIs and authorized by the user
Power Sparc X™ may use this information to display business information, analyze marketing performance, identify patterns and marketing signals, prepare reports, compare performance over time, assist users in understanding their marketing, and provide recommendations through SPARC™.
YouTube. Power Sparc X™ uses YouTube API Services. If a user connects a YouTube channel, the Services may access the channel's name and statistics, its videos and their titles, descriptions, thumbnails and public statistics, YouTube Analytics data (such as views, watch time and subscribers gained), and comments on the channel's videos. With the user's permission, the Services upload videos the user creates and schedules or approves in Power Sparc X™, post replies the user writes to comments, and hide or restore comments at the user's direction. Nothing is uploaded or posted to YouTube without a person creating and scheduling or approving it.
By connecting YouTube, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Users can remove Power Sparc X™'s access to their Google and YouTube data at any time by disconnecting YouTube in Power Sparc X™ or through Google security settings. YouTube data stored by Power Sparc X™ is refreshed regularly and is deleted within 30 days after access is removed or the connection is disconnected.
Gmail (lead inbox). A business may connect the Gmail inbox where its customer inquiries arrive (for example, website form notifications) so that new leads appear in its Power Sparc X™ CRM. This uses the read-only Gmail permission (gmail.readonly). Power Sparc X™ only connects the inbox address the business has set as its lead-delivery address or an address on the business's own website domain. The Services read messages in that inbox to recognize customer inquiries and extract the inquirer's name, email address, phone number and message. Power Sparc X™ never sends, deletes, changes, archives or marks email as read, and never accesses any other inbox.
Power Sparc X™ stores a copy of each inquiry email it reads (subject, sender and recipient addresses, date, and message text up to 32 KB) so the business can review why a lead was created. Attachments are not stored; they are fetched from Gmail only when an authorized user opens them. The leads created from these emails (contact name, email address, phone number and inquiry details) become part of the business's own customer records in its CRM.
Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. If a user connects Google Ads, the Services read the ad account's campaigns, spend and results for reporting, and create or change campaigns only when the user directs it in Power Sparc X™. If a user connects Google Tag Manager, the Services have read-only access to list containers and check the live version; nothing is changed.
Google Analytics and Google Search Console. If a user connects Google Analytics or Google Search Console, the Services read website traffic reports (such as sessions, users, traffic sources and conversions) and search performance reports (such as search queries, clicks, impressions and average position) for the properties and sites the user selects. This information is shown in the user's dashboard and used for SPARC™ analysis. Power Sparc X™ has read-only access and does not change Google Analytics or Search Console settings.
Lead Clickz™ will request only Google permissions reasonably necessary for features being provided to the user. Google instructs developers not to request permissions simply to “future proof” an application.
How We Use Google User Data
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used to provide or improve user-facing functionality requested by the user within Power Sparc X™, SPARC™, or related Lead Clickz™ services.
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not sell Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or other third parties.
We do not use Google user data obtained through Google API permissions for personalized advertising or advertising retargeting.
We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
We do not access Google user data for purposes that are materially different from those disclosed to the user when authorization is requested.
We do not use Google user data, including Gmail data, to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Gmail data is processed by Power Sparc X™'s own software and is not sent to third-party AI providers.
Lead Clickz™ personnel do not read Gmail data unless the business gives us permission for specific messages (for example, to resolve a support request), it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or it is required by law.
Google user data is transferred to others only as necessary to provide the Services (our hosting and database providers), to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Authorization and User Control
Connecting a Google account or other supported third-party account to Power Sparc X™ is voluntary.
Users determine whether to authorize a supported connection and are shown the permissions requested through the applicable third-party authorization process.
Lead Clickz™ will not intentionally access a Google Business Profile through the Business Profile APIs unless Lead Clickz™, the authenticated user, or an authorized representative has appropriate access to manage or analyze that Business Profile.
Google's current Business Profile API policies specifically restrict API use to listings a developer owns, is authorized to manage, or provides tools for authorized end clients to manage.
Users may disconnect supported integrations through Power Sparc X™ where that functionality is available and may also revoke Google Account authorization through their Google Account permissions.
When a user disconnects a Google service in Power Sparc X™, we immediately ask Google to revoke the authorization and erase the stored access tokens. If a user revokes access through their Google Account instead, the tokens are erased as soon as Google rejects them.
When a Gmail lead inbox is disconnected, the stored copies of its emails are deleted immediately. Leads already created in the business's CRM remain as the business's customer records, with the email text removed, until the business deletes them or requests deletion as described below. YouTube data is deleted as described above.
